The privacy policy of Local4All.com is short and clear. With regard to individuals:
- We will not sell or rent our individual partners' names and addresses to anyone. We consider a partner as someone who volunteers as a fundraiser, earns income as a self-employed agent, acts in various capacities on behalf of business partners. Partners include anyone who advertises with us in the form of coupons, yard sales, e-commerce products, etc. except for the specific information indicated for publication.
- We will always strive to use good judgement in our internal use of personal information, i.e. if there is a benefit for the individual, we will likely communicate our opinion(s) via email unless requested not to send emails. If there is NOT a significant real or potential benefit to the individual recipient, we won't be bothering anyone.
- We will always unsubscribe an individual as quickly as possible when requested, if requested.
- We will always do our best to not give anyone a reason to want to unsubscribe.
- We understand in advance that childrens' issues and European Union laws require special attention. We will do our best to outperform the intent of the law in regards to those special communities.
- We'll do the same for everyone else.
With regard to organizations:- We will maintain the confidentiality of information not designated for publication, within the purview of our site and not generally given to the public. We are aware that we may be given contact information for internal use only and will always strive to err on the side of caution.
- Guidelines for publishing/not publishing will be requested in writing so that companies and other organizations can be reassured we know their wishes.
With regard to legal entities:
- We will always strive to do what is ethically correct and require documentation of "need to know" requests by law enforcement agencies.
- It is contrary to our privacy policy for anyone to commit illegal acts by use of our website. If anyone is caught in such illegal acts, they WILL be reported to the proper authorities.
